A route of about 3 weeks starting from Kyoto and leaving from Tokyo, will allow you to see a good part of the most famous places in the country of the rising sun, thanks to its high-speed trains. Among the essentials, in addition to Tokyo and Kyoto, we cannot fail to highlight the town of Shirakawa-go, the island of Miyajima or the recently restored Himeji Castle.

You can rent a car or hire cars with a driver, or even taxis, something that is not too expensive and can be a good alternative if you don’t feel like driving.
Just thinking about one of the cherries of the country , being able to cross the Siq and see the Treasury of Petra, one of the wonders of the world, already justifies the trip.
Nor can you miss seeing the Roman ruins of Jerash, the desert castles, Madaba, the Dead Sea or sleeping a night in the Wadi Rum desert. Also, if you like diving or snorkelling, Aqaba is the perfect place to end your trip.


4. Iceland

5. Indonesia, one of the best spring trips

The Indonesian archipelago is huge with 17,000 islands and a tropical climate all year round. Although its temperatures are almost always similar, it is advisable to avoid the rainy months that are concentrated between the months of November and April. From May the dry season begins and it is the best time to visit the country.
You should also keep in mind that the high season is from mid-June to September, so prices skyrocket, so spring is a good time to see the green landscapes, especially the terraced rice fields in the mountains of Bali.
On our trip to Indonesia, we toured the magical island of Bali, the temples of Prambanan, Borobudur, and the Bromo volcano on the island of Java, we flew to see orangutans in the wild in Borneo and we spent a few days at the beach and diving in the beautiful Gili islands. 6. Cinque Terre and Tuscany

Two of our favorite areas, one of the best places to see in Italy, and that can be perfectly combined in one trip are Cinque Terre and Tuscany. Spring is a fantastic season to visit them since the temperature is pleasant, the landscapes have beautiful colors and prices drop considerably compared to summer.
The best way to get there is with a low-cost flight with some offers, such as those of Mejorvuelo, to Pisa. You can dedicate a morning to Pisa, then visit the Cinque Terre by train and finally you cannot miss spending 2 or 3 days in an incredible open-air museum: Florence.
If you want to visit TuscanyIt is best to rent a car and take a circular route or visit from the heart of the area, Siena. If we also take into account that this is one of the places with the best gastronomy in the world, without a doubt Italy becomes one of the best trips for spring.

7. China

Another of the best trips for spring is to China, especially in April. From May the high season begins and in China, this means queues, high prices, and large crowds of people. We toured China for 25 days in April, we enjoyed good weather and few people considering that there is a lot of local tourism and that it is inevitable to find it in the most touristy places.
We recommend that you take a route from Beijing to Hong Kong by public transport since transport such as the high-speed train is very good.
Among the locations that we believe you cannot miss are the Great Wall of China, the Yungang Caves, the ancient cities of Pingyao and Fenghuang, the Warriors of Xi’an, the Great Buddha of Leshan, the Zhangjiajie National Park, and the landscapes from the Guilin area.


8. Ireland

Bearing in mind that the weather in Ireland is unpredictable, on the same day it can be sunny and rainy, and that can happen to you at any time of the year, we could say that any time is good or bad (depending on how you look at it), to travel.
Although it should be considered that a significant increase in tourists in the summer months has made April one of the best months to travel and especially to enjoy the landscapes with the tranquility they require.

10. Sri Lanka and Maldives

A good time to travel to Sri Lanka is in April, the weather is good throughout the country and it is on the list of the best trips for spring. In addition, you will avoid the monsoon (which starts in mid-May) and the high season, so you will not even need to book in advance in Sri Lanka.
In the Maldives, although any time is good to travel, one of the best months is also April, which is why Sri Lanka, along with the Maldives, is one of the destinations that have become fashionable.
